I went to Sims Park this afternoon from 2 to 4pm. Birds kept moving around and something scared up all the birds including a huge amount of Red-breasted Mergansers real far out and they were gone. Here is what I could see:

Lesser Scaup - 16 flew in and stayed (12f & 4m)
White-winged Scoters 2
Black Scoters 5
Long-tailed Duck 1 (must be same one seen by Renee on Tues)saw it couple times around 2pm then all the birds were up and it wasn't seen again til 4pm.
Bufflehead - 12+
Common Goldeneye ~96 (kept leaving & moving around) finally saw ~96 (most I have seen so far)
Common Merganser 1
Hooded Merganser 1
Great Black-backed Gulls 2
Bonaparte's Gulls few dozen
