The biggest surprise, though, was seeing the red-winged blackbirds at Hoover
Meadows. I didn't expect to see one of those again until March.

Subject: [Ohio-birds] Hoover Res CBC

Had a great time with Charlie and Bruce and all of the rest of the groop
that did part of the CBC over at Hoover Res. today. I'll let Charlie post
all of the birds, but the highlights for me were the purple finches, the
Cedar Waxwing decorated tree :-), 4 Eagles, and a mocking bird...and then
the SWARM of Mallards.

Thanks to everyone for the great time.

Happy Birding and God bless.

29 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to
the ground apart from the will of your Father.
30 And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
31 So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

(Matthew 10.29-31)
