Yesterday, December 7th, John Howard and Vince Howard in Adams County were scouting for the upcoming Christmas Bird Count, which is Sunday Dec. 14th. John had 3 American Pipits in his yard near West Union. They also found a flock of 27 turkeys and one Ruffed Grouse.
