We still have a few spots open for a trip to Panama to see a nesting Harpy Eagle. The chick is thriving and should look very adult-like by the time we travel Feb 26 - March 8. The cost for the 11-day trip (5 days of birding in the Darien, 4 days in Central Panama, 2 travel days) is $1385, which includes all lodging, transportation within Panama, expert birding guides, and meals. Airfare from Columbus remains a remarkable $421. If you're interested, please contact me at the above email address. Payment is due by Feb. 12. I have some recent photos of the Harpy chick in the nest, so if anyone is interested in seeing the photos, drop me an email and I will forward them to you.
