I had a group of 50-60 pine siskins coming to my feeder in North Perry, Lake
county this afternoon (1/17). Amongst them was one green-morph bird.
Green-morph birds appear to lack the heavy brown streaking and appear
greenish. They closely resemble Eurasian siskins. The green-morph birds
however have the undertail coverts heavily washed with yellow, which this
bird did. Less than 1% of the pine siskin population are green-morph birds.
Here is a link to the 1989 American Birds article about distinguishing
Eurasian siskins from green-morph pine siskins

I have placed a couple photos of the bird at:

In addition to the siskins, I had a single common redpoll come in briefly
with a siskin flock. It didn't hang around. I also had a flock of 17
WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILLS fly by heading west.
