Hi all,

Some of you knew Keith Archibald, longtime birder, and it is with regret
that I report on the Arch's recent passing.

Keith was the last of the surviving members of a hardcore group that birded
frequently with the legendary Milton B. Trautman, and in the process made
scores of outstanding finds. Archie was probably the last one around who saw
Smith's Longspur back when they used to be regular at Charlie's Pond down in
Pickaway County.

He was a fine man and will be missed.

I posted more information about Keith Archibald on my blog - URL below.

Jim
