The Barred  owl finally called about ten minutes ago,   asking to be
added to the snowy day list.  That makes 28.  Also heard the Pileated
woodpecker  on a walk in the woods, earlier today.  I didn't count it, but
perhaps I should.  It was definitely on the property.
