Before the rowdy gang of Common Grackles and Brown-headed Cowbirds arrived with their bad manners, one female Red-winged Blackbird fed with some Tree and House Sparrows in my yard today. Yesterday in their yard in Canal Fulton (Stark County), my parents observed one male Red-winged Blackbird.

Last Saturday was the first time this winter that a Tree Sparrow was observed at my feeding station, and it was solitary. Today there were 6.
