Raptors on 1/21/09:
While out traveling I observed a female northern harrier (late morning)
cruising the field adjacent to the Athens Co. Jobs and Family Services
building located in Dover Township, south of Chauncey on State Route 13.
Near where the water towers (?) have been constructed.

A rough-legged hawk was hovering near the air traffic control tower at
Port Columbus later that afternoon.

The ride to and from the airport displayed a plethora of red-tailed
hawks....which in my observations appear to be very numerous this winter.
