Today, Friday, at about 1:30 pm I observed a small flock of avout 20 HORNED
LARKS and a single EASTERN MEADOWLARK in a vast farm field on the SW corner
of Seville Rd and Rawiga Rd, west of Wadsworth in SE Medina County. It was
just north of the entrance to the Western Reserve National Cemetery. They
were attracted to the area where earth was peeking out through the snow.
They flushed and flew in a low circle each time a car drove by, but returned
to the same area. I also had a male american kestrel in the cemetery.
