My husband and I got great looks at a female Merlin on Centerville Road about 1.5 miles west of St. Rt. 42.  The bird even allowed us to stop directly under it before it flew across the farm field.  My husband saw a second bird in flight that he thinks was also a Merlin, but I didn't see it.  Checked the area on our way home a few hours later - no luck.
