Jason Larson & Su Snyder report the black-legged kittiwake remains at
the south end of Hoover Res. at 8 am; it was closer to the spit on the
north end of the parking lot (~100 yds) than to the dam (3-400 yds) this
morning, but visible from the latter. They'll be ticking off local
rarities this morning in the quest for a big January number; if anyone
finds something suitable I can get in touch with them by phone.
