The flock of pine siskins at my home in northwest Hocking County
continues to increase. Today(Thursday, January 8)I counted 167.
There have also been 6-14 purple finches daily, the highest being
the 14 on January 4. There have been NO house sparrows.

In the 19+ years I have lived here I
have seen only two house sparrows.
