Waterfowl and gulls are definitely moving into and through the Milton/Berlin area.  At L. Milton were 20 Am. black ducks, 40 canvasbacks, 25 redheads, 5 buffleheads, 50 c. goldeneyes, 8 hooded mergansers, 25 common mergansers, 40+ herring gulls w/the many ring-billed gulls, belted kingfisher, e. bluebird, singing song sparrows, and a vocal pine siskin.  Berlin L/WA held Am. black duck, 12 canvasbacks, 20 redheads, 17 ring-necked ducks, greater scaup, 3 lesser scaup, 11 hooded mergansers, common merganser, red-shouldered hawk, Am. kestrel, ring-billed & herring gulls.  Some divers such as canvasback, redhead, goldeneye, and common merganser may be near peak "Spring" migration mode already in the interior of Ohio.  Get out and check your nearest reservoir!  BTW, anyone been to Funk/Killbuck area this week?  The habitat there should be real good now.......Craig
