I had a flying Glaucous Gull (1st Yr.) over the river below the Lake Rockwell dam  along with many Herring and a few Ring billed. There was a larger flock 200-400 birds out on the ice visible from the dike but not identifiable due to lake effect near white out. There are a few waterfowl using the river and can be a nice spot when everything else is frozen.  This area can be a pain in the butt to bird since your not really supposed to stop along this part of the lake and I have been subjected to being asked to move along in the past. Cars tend to fly fast too, so use care. It appears the Glaucs have dispersed a little. Greg C.
