TIME: 8:00am-12:00pm; 1:30pm-4:30pm TEMP.: 35-43-37
COND.: Mostly sunny, southwest wind 8-12mph; snow cover 8-12 inches, some areas blown clear, most areas drifting to over the knees. No open water including Lake Erie.
OBS.: Marc Nolls, Ed Pierce, Jim Reyda, Al & Betty Schlecht (morning only), Douglas W. Vogus.
