I think I have you beat, Russell! My January total was 53, birding mostly from the yard with only 1 serious attempt around Holmes/Wayne County. Best birds were common redpoll (yard bird) and a flock of horned larks (a first for me!) found in northern Holmes Co.

This is a first attempt at a century list and I'm actually happy with my total. With job, family and school I was surprised I exceeded the half century mark!

Happy birding!
