Today at Greenlawn, a smallish (ca. 8) flock of WW Crossbills in Sec. 77;
about an hour later (1:15ish) a flock of ca. 10 WW Crossbills, at least 3
male at the junction of Sec. I and Sec. H. This was a life bird for me
and I was lucky to have wonderful, long looks at - and lots of
vocalizations from - the second flock.
