Made a quick stop at the Canal Way Visitor Center of the Cleveland Metro
parks today. This was my first time there. (Thanks to Jo Ann for rescuing
the injured sparrow.) Only planned a 10 minute stop but spent closer to an
hour. Amongst others saw:
Downy woodpecker
Red Bellied woodpecker
White Breasted Nuthatch
Fox Sparrow
Tree Sparrow
Song Sparrow
Dark Eyed Junco
Bald Eagle (3rd year)

All of the above were viewed from the nature center.

---------------

Within Cuyahoga Valley National Park (driving with hazard lights on while on
the way to the aforementioned site) saw multiple red tailed hawks. Also
stopped (paused the vehicle) and photoed 2 red shouldered hawks.

First was at the intersection Riverview and Ira roads. (Summit County)
Second was at Riverview and route 82. (Cuyahoga County).
