I had to drive up to Johnstown this morning and took a loop through the vicity of the egg farms. I saw 2 flocks of Snow Buntings still present. A flock of ~30 was present near the intersection of Croton Rd. and Jacob White Rd. Another ~20 were seen flying around some distant spread manure on Tagg Rd. I didn't see any longspurs, but some are no doubt still around. An AMERICAN PIPIT was associating with some Horned Larks along Westley Chapel Road. Numerous Turkey Vultures were flying overhead. One highlight of that short drive was an American Tree Sparow in full song, a beautiful tune that we don't get to hear often in Ohio.
