 Hi all,
?? On my way to IKEA in Cincinnati today, I had a chance to stop by the Melvin Rd Quarry pond (at the intersection of SR 22/3 and Melvin Rd just NE of Wilmington.) There was a fairly large concentration of Canada Geese, Mallards, and other waterfowl, including:

Ross' Goose- 1
Snow Goose- 13 (11 white and 2 blue phase)
and a smattering of N. Pintail, C. Goldeneye, Ring-necked Duck, Bufflehead, Ruddy Duck, and Canvasback
Also, there was one really weird Mallardx Domestic Muscovy type hybird

It was a great day to get outside, if only for a little bit!

Good birding!
