When you were out, we scheduled a day and it was cancelled.
May we get permission from John Hawes to do it anytime ? It would take around 1-2 hours.

We would shoot him an email when the task is being performed.
If anytime is too hard to ask, can we ask for Friday afternoon (between 1 – 5 PM) ?
