A nice selection of ducks this afternoon at Sandy Ridge (Lorain Co.): Wood Duck, Gadwall, American Wigeon, Mallard, Northern Shoveller, Green-winged Teal, Canvasback, Redhead, Ring-necked Duck, both scaup, Bufflehead, Hooded Merganser, and Ruddy Duck. Also bluebirds near the groundskeeping barn and in the dead trees of the first impoundment on the right as you leave the woods.
