Hi all:  Our TWC Bird Club's last stop of the day was Wright Marsh at the
Killbuck WA in Wayne County.  We parked at the end of Carrie Lane and walked
down to the marsh to the right.  The male WHITE-WINGED SCOTER was toward the
middle of the marsh and was still there when we left around 5:15PM.   Su
