This morning while doing a sunday morning bird census at "The Mill Creek Sanctuary" in Mahoning County we observed a Northern Mockingbird with a wonderful repertoire who in a short period of time did perfect imitations of the following birds: Carolina Wren, Eastern Phoebe, Willow Flycatcher, Eastern Towhee, and Northern Cardinal. Beware!!! It is about a month early for a Willow Flycatcher to arrive! Credit for locating this amazing birdworld impersonator goes to Shari Jackson.
