A new yard bird: Bald Eagles. Two adult eagles landed in a tree next
to our feeders along the 4th tee on Turkeyfoot Golf Course in Green,
Ohio. The adults sat side by side at the top of a leafless tree (5
pm). They called to an immature that kept circling the fairway close
by. They remained long enough to enable pictures. I have never seen
eagles over next door Portage Lakes, but have seen one at the
Nimisilla Reservoir near-by. Maybe our local population is increasing!!
