Just had some great looks a pair of white-winged scoters at the Avon Lake Power Plant. I'm guessing they were doing some type of courtship "dance". The male was stretching his neck and pointing his bill to the sky. The underside of his bill was a brilliantly colored reddish orange. That's a lifer for me. Very fun to watch.

The power plant is in Avon Lake in Lorain County at the intersection of Lake and Miller Roads.
