The red-throated loon remains at Springfield Lake this afternoon. There are also eight common loons on the lake but they are all in nearly complete alternate plumage so there should be little confusion.
Around the Summit Lake area this morning: chimney swifts, white-eyed vireos, brown thrashers, pine warblers, yellow warblers, chestnut-sided warbler.
