APRIL 05, 2009 - Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Monthly Census.
ROUTES: Usual east and west side routes, usual afternoon routes except for areas closed due to eagle nests.
TIME: 8:00am-12:20pm; 1:30pm-6:00pm TEMP.: 39-48-42 COND.: Mostly sunny during morning routes, mostly cloudy for afternoon routes; wind E-NE at 10-20mph.
