I had a bit of a surprise this morning on my drive into campus.  I was
driving by the pond that is just west of the Byrd Polar research building
and there was an Osprey hovering there.  I watched it dive in and grab an
orange carp.  This is the first time I've seen an osprey on the OSU campus.
Wow!
