While working at a job site today on the edge of the CVNP on Rt 303 west of
Peninsula, I heard the unmistakable song of a black throated green warbler!
Could I have been delirious? The area was filthy with ruby crowned kinglets
all day. Also heard a vireo singing -- possibly a red eyed. It's nice to
be able to listen to the birds while working, but it drives me crazy when I
hear something good and I can't look for it!
