Lovely morning in the National Park.

Two yellow-rumped warblers.
There was one other warbler, very yellow, but so active that I couldn't figure out who it was.
Remarkable sight was two large groups of white-throated sparrows; one of around 30 and one of around 20!
Also watched two flickers for a while that seemed to be courting.
others seen in 90 minute span:
Eastern Towhee
black-capped chickadee
tufted titmouse
many American goldfinch
cardinals (5 males in one large field being very territorial)
turkey vultures
around 75 robins
easily 100 red-winged blackbirds
wood duck
Canada geese
1 very cooperative field sparrow
red-bellied woodpeckers
downy woodpeckers
American crow
several great blue herons flying overhead, headed North


I was disappointed that the two fox sparrows who were having a songfest several weeks ago were nowhere to be heard or seen today.
