According to the authoritatize "Birds of the Cleveland Region" (see KirtlandBirdClub.org) the Black & White Warbler is "uncommon" at this time of year, but there was a very busy guy in the ravine that is to the right of the driveway when one is heading into the picnic area at Horseshoe Lake in the Shaker Lakes. There were more Palm Warblers there today then yesterday, and still many of our beautiful yellow-rumped warblers of course.
