This morning, 4/27, one lone Black-necked Stilt observed at Benton-Carroll
Rd, 2nd pond South of SR 2 at approx 11:30 AM. Conditions were extremely
windy, scopes blown over, birders bracing against cars to steady cameras,
binocs, as well as themselves! Couple of pictures taken were of very poor
quality due to wind.
