Stopped briefly as the clouds broke up this a.m. and found Kildeer eggs on the beach just west of the breakwall...not much of a nest! There were three birds running around together, not sure of the sexes but one was definitely marked differently on the top breast stripe. Three photos here:

Lots of barnswallows in the same area, appeared to be nesting on the ramp to the beach. Single blue heron in the creek and one in the lake, no greens today, one yellow warbler, catbirds.
