Hi, Birders!

Checked Meadow Creek Dr. in Mantua on Sun. for Bobolinks and they're back!  At least a dozen of them, probably more.  I saw all males. I believe it was Dave English who gave the heads up on them last year- Thanks, Dave!  It's a mostly vacant new subdivision off Chamberlin Rd. just s. of Winchell. At least something's good about the slow housing market. Also had a Savannah Sparrow singing, Killdeer, Tree and Barn Swallows, Red Winged Blackbirds and a couple of White Tailed Deer.
On Crackel near my house there was an Eastern Kingbird and a Tom Turkey strutting for 2 hens.
