I live in Rocky River and today there was a siskin that appeared to me to be a fledgling at my feeder.  Every day we are the hosts of at least six siskins.

To add to Dave's thrushes at the nature center, near the parking lot,  was a Hermits around noon on Friday.

For the past week as many as 6 pine siskins have been showing up at two home
feeding stations I observe, one in Cleveland Heights the other in Maple Hts..
I have only observed this much feeding activity from siskins in our area in
winter and early spring.

In the area around the Rocky River Nature Center there have been many
migrants including wood and Swainson's thrushes, scarlet tanager,
rose-breasted grosbeaks, hooded and black throated green warblers, red-eyed
and warbling vireos.
Dave
