I typically don't get involved in listserve skirmishes, but I have to say "PLEASE KEEP POSTING THE MAGEE UPDATES!"
Since when is seeing a Connecticut warbler not news?! I would love to be at the boardwalk every day during migration, but since I have a full time job and can't constantly play hooky I use these updates and Ken's "best bets" to decide when it might be most worthwhile to make a trip north. So, even though it's supposed to rain tomorrow, the reported south winds and early arrival of the normally later migrants (like MOWA & COWA) have helped me decide to make a trip tomorrow. VERY USEFUL INFORMATION! And since I am suddenly feeling a bit surly, I will add that it is refreshing to hear someone "gush" about birds and not just submit a "dry list":

"A man's interest in a single bluebird is worth more than a complete but dry list of the fauna and flora of a town." -Henry David Thoreau

Happy bluebird birding to all,
Heather

P.S. Pine warbler at my house in Worthington, a yard first (thought I should list something so I wouldn't get scolded for wasting your time).
