All,

yard birds today and the last few days have included a purple finch
(female), one of the very few that have ever visited. A blackpoll
warbler is calling from the pin cherry. We went from four to eight
house wrens, four of whom are begging for food. No orioles even though
across the street there are dozens.

Good birding!

Bill
