I spent 2 hours this morning raoming through the wooded areas of this park looking for migrant landbirds.  While the day was not a big fallout, there was a steady stream of migrants to view, especially along the Beech & Maple trails.  The totals included 2 vireo species, 3 thrush species, and 16 wood warblers.  Notables included:

Coopers Hawk - on a nest just south of Ashton Pond
Red-headed Woodpecker - adult calling along the Maple trail
Crested Flycatchers - 2 along the Maple trail loop
Blue-headed Vireo - 1 near Ashton Pond
Red-eyed Vireo - 4-5 singing at different points in the park
House Wrens - 10+ singing along many edges
Blue-gray Gnatcatchers - 12+, in many locations
Ruby-cr.Kinglets - 5, mostly around Buttonbush trail
Wood Thrushes - 12+ singing and squabbling all along the Maple trail loop
Swainson's Thrush - 8+, in different areas
Veery - 1 calling along the Maple trail loop
Catbirds - 12+ singing at different locations
Cedar Waxwings - 4 along the Beech trail loop
Parula (2), Nashville (8+), Chesnut-sided (6), Black-thr.Green (4), Black-thr.Blue (1 male), Magnolia (1), Yellow-throated (1 along Buttonbush trail), Pine (1), Yellow-rumped (12+), Redstart (1), Black&White (1), Ovenbird (6 calling), N.Waterthrush (2), Louisiana Waterthrush (2), Hooded (3), Common Yellowthroat (3)
Scarlet tanager - 2 singing along Maple loop trail
Rose-br.Grosbeak - 4-5 along Maple loop trail
Indigo Bunting - 10+ in different areas of the park
