While doing some Breeding Bird work for Mound City (team was Constance Jones and Dafna Reiner and Myself) grounds this morning, a few neat birds were found.

The Hopeton Site North of Chillicothe had a very vocal Least Flycatcher in a small ravin, I'll be back in a week to check for the OBB2 Atlas on this one. A Bald Eagle flyby was cool also.
Lots of Dickcissel in the area too.

The Highbank Site Southeast of Chillicothe had a lone Blackpoll calling. Best find for me was the 3-Woodcock we almost stepped on and flushed up in front of us! Dickcissel were on territory there also. Did have 1-Blue Grosbeak which is normal for this site.
