Hello Ohio Birders,
For the record: Late this afternoon I followed up on Jeff McSweeney's post
by birding the banks of the Olentangy from OSU (Drake Union) to above the
Henderson Rd. bridge. I did not see an anhinga. There were plenty of
Canada geese, mallards, several wood ducks, a few great blue herons,
kingfishers, domestic geese, spotted sandpipers, and a Connecticut warbler
at Northmoor Park (in brush just south of parking area, not singing).
Happy birding,
Dave Horn
Columbus
