Not unusual birds but very excited they are back.
Saw the female Oriole getting some nesting material from the bag I
hung up near the feeders and the saw their nest in the branches of
the Willow tree which is 15 ft. from deck. They nested their last
year and glad they are back. Do not see them at the oranges and
jelly I put out, but did see the female eating off of one on my suet
blocks.

Also to my delight a pair of Bluebirds are nesting in the house that
I put up last year out behind the garden away from the house.......a
little far to take pictures, but hope to put up a blind so I can
observe them closer. First time for me and having nesting
Bluebirds. Question: should I put up multiple houses and how far
apart should they be? Is it too late to put up more houses?

Dick
