Just wanted to share our woodpecker productivity with the group. We
currently have a family of Hairy Woodpeckers, two families of Downy
Woodpeckers, and a family of Red-bellied Woodpeckers all coming to our bird
feeders. It can be quite chaotic when they are all trying to get peanuts
at the same time! The Pileated Woodpeckers that are nesting in a tree in
the front yard have a pair of almost full-grown young - quite raucous when
they are demanding to be fed.

Now if only we could observe the two left-over Pine Siskins doing something
besides eating!

Life in SE Ohio is for the birds.
