We continue to see Orchard and Baltimore Oriole (young and adult) activity at our feeders. 2 small plastic flower pot saucers to hold grape jelly are fastened onto the wooden arm of a clothesline post in our backyard. The orioles line up on the clotheslines and the arm waiting their turn - not always patiently! As many as 10 waiting have been observed. We can easily observe this interesting oriole activity from our back porch. The orioles (and a few robins) have consumed 38 pounds of grape jelly.
