My last two experiences with this method found more police than owls.
Both times attracted the sheriff who, passing by, would slam on his
brakes, turn around, and fly up to me.  When I told the sheriff what I
was doing, he said he has never heard of OBBA and didn't have the time
to listen to me.  He just said "whatever - O  K" and left.   This is a
problem that has affected my ability to atlas (encounters in daytime
too) because I don't like it.  I think I need to move.
