At about 3 o'clock this afternoon (Sunday, 8/23), my husband and I
saw a pair of banded trumpeter swans behind the white barn at Big
Island Wildlife Refuge. They were accompanied by 2 mostly-grown
cygnets. I jotted down the numbers on their neckbands. Does anyone
know if I should report them, and to whom?

We didn't find the shelduck.

Kim
