Hi All,
? Berlin Lake Reservoir continues to lower creating suitable shorebird habitat. This evening (6-7:00 PM) Kent Miller and I
saw a buff-breasted sandpiper and 3 Baird's sandpipers.
? This area is in northeastern Stark Co., Delorme page 52 A-2-3. The best habitat is west of S.R.225 and south of Price Rd.
There is a parking lot on Price Rd. and from there you need to walk down the west shoreline about 1/2 mile.
? Also, present on the mudflat was a sandhill crane.
