August 4 - 9:15 - 11 a.m.

Still good numbers of shorebirds on the mudflats at the Main Metropark even
 though we were not able to find the stilt sandpipers.   Of course,  there
are lots of places for them to hide.   The rain we received last  night
brought some of the species closer to shore for some really great  looks.

Lesser yellowlegs
Semipalmated plovers
Pectoral sps
Solitary sps
Semipalmated sps
Least sps
Killdeers (How could we have forgotten them on our last post ? ! ?)
BALD EAGLE
Belted kingfishers
Barn and tree swallows
Chimney swifts
Turkey vultures
Baltimore orioles - 2
