Several people have indicated having difficulty reaching this survey
page on the Division of Wildlife website.  It can be reached at
www.wildohio.com <http://www.wildohio.com/>   On the main page there is
currently a link titled "Report Your Turkey and Grouse Observations".
This link takes you to a page with some background information and gives
you another link to the actual survey titled "Click Here to Enter Your
Turkey & Grouse Observation Report".  The reporting page should be at
http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/wildlife/TurkeySurvey/
